All products are subject to inspection and eligibility verification. Costs and risks related to delivery, collection, diagnostics, and any non-warranty repairs are borne by the customer. Warranty coverage is subject to product origin, warranty status, and manufacturer approval.
Zevo does not provide warranty coverage for grey or parallel-import products, as they are not supplied through authorised distribution channels. We strongly discourage the purchase of grey products due to the lack of official warranty, support, and traceability.
However, we may offer paid diagnostic and repair services for grey products on a case-by-case basis, subject to parts availability and technical feasibility.
