Yes. Zevo supports market entry through structured evaluation, channel testing, and local market validation. We work closely with brands to assess demand, positioning, and readiness before scaling distribution, ensuring sustainable and responsible market entry.

Zevo supports both exclusive and non-exclusive distribution models, depending on product-market fit, category maturity, and long-term brand strategy. Distribution structures are aligned to market realities and growth objectives.

Zevo prioritises long-term market health over short-term volume. We combine technical expertise, local support infrastructure, and market awareness to ensure brands are positioned correctly and grown responsibly.

Our partnership approach begins with market evaluation. We assess product positioning, category maturity, target users, and channel readiness before scaling distribution. This ensures that brands enter the market with clarity, proper expectations, and sustainable growth potential.

Zevo provides distribution management, reseller and system integrator enablement, technical consultation, training, showroom demonstrations, and local after-sales support. We work closely with our partners to align pricing, positioning, and go-to-market strategy with local market realities.

We work best with brands that value sustainable growth, proper market education, and disciplined expansion. Zevo may not be the right distribution partner for brands that require immediate mass-market volume without market validation, rely primarily on aggressive discounting or short-term sales tactics, are not ready to invest in local support, training, or after-sales structure, and seek distribution without alignment on long-term brand positioning.

Purchasing from authorized dealers ensures that you are getting genuine products with valid warranties and customer support. Authorized dealers are authorized by brands and adhere to strict quality standards, ensuring a seamless buying experience and access to official updates and services. On the other hand, buying from grey market dealers might lead to potential risks of counterfeit products, lack of warranty coverage, and limited or no customer support.

Warranty coverage is typically activated at the point of purchase. However, we recommend registering your product on Zevo’s Warranty Registration Page to ensure smoother local support, faster verification, and more efficient after-sales assistance in Malaysia.

Yes. Customers in Malaysia may send faulty units to Zevo for assessment and service. Before sending the product, please contact us via our online form and provide the following information:

• Product model

• Product serial number

• Description of the issue

All products are subject to inspection and eligibility verification. Costs and risks related to delivery, collection, diagnostics, and any non-warranty repairs are borne by the customer. Warranty coverage is subject to product origin, warranty status, and manufacturer approval.

Zevo does not provide warranty coverage for grey or parallel-import products, as they are not supplied through authorised distribution channels. We strongly discourage the purchase of grey products due to the lack of official warranty, support, and traceability.

However, we may offer paid diagnostic and repair services for grey products on a case-by-case basis, subject to parts availability and technical feasibility. All costs, including inspection fees, repair charges, parts, delivery, and collection, are borne by the customer. Service does not imply warranty or brand authorisation.
