IRIX 11mm T4.3 Cine Lens (Canon EF / Sony E / Arri PL / MFT / Canon RF / L / Nikon Z / Fuji X Mount)

Designed for up to 8K cine-style image capture and covering up to full-frame size sensors, the PL-mount 11mm T4.3 Cine Lens from IRIX incorporates multiple internal and external design features. This 11mm lens will produce a classic wide-angle look or up to a 123° viewing angle in the 2.39:1 widescreen format, depending on your camera’s sensor. External features include a 95mm front diameter, 0.8 MOD gears, luminous focus marks in meters, and a detachable 1/4″-20 support foot.

Internally, nine blades produce smooth, rounded bokeh and four seals protect against inclement weather and dust. To help eliminate aberrations and distortion, the IRIX 11mm T4.3 Cine Lens is constructed with 16 optical elements in 10 groups, including four HR (high refractive index) and two ED (extra-low dispersion) elements. A Multi-Start Thread focusing mechanism delivers quiet, precise focusing even in wet or humid conditions or in extreme temperatures. This lens has 180° of focus and 75° of iris rotation, an 86mm front filter thread, and includes front and rear caps.

Cinematic Look
The IRIX Cine 11mm is a wide 43.3mm full-frame lens that uses 16 optical elements, including four high refractive index (HRI) and two extra low-dispersion glass (ED) elements, to create crisp cinematic shots in resolutions up to 8K while keeping the focus breathing at a minimum. This lens features a relatively fast T4.3 maximum aperture and can be stopped down to T22.

Wide-Angle Lens
Creates a moderate wide angle of view for classic wide-angle shots or a super-panoramic 123° viewing angle in a 2.39:1 widescreen format.

Engraved markings on the lens have been filled with UV-reactive paint, so filming in difficult lighting conditions becomes much easier.

The IRIX Edge magnetic filters have a unique threadless design, so you can be sure that everything stays clean and ready for action. The MMS filters can be stacked together, enabling you to not only freely combine them but to save space when stored. All the IRIX Edge MMS filters are made of hardened optical glass (SR) with a multilayer, antireflective nano-coating that makes them easy to clean.
